Why should I buy a Quietech?

Yamaha Quietechs have been dominating the golf cart market since their release in 2017. Due to their completely enclosed engine bay and independent rear suspension, the Quietech model is the quietest, smoothest riding gas powered golf cart on the market. Quietechs are rated at just 1 decibel louder than the EZGO RXV electric cart. Additionally, these carts are rated at up to 45 mpg with their electronic fuel injection system. With a 6 gallon fuel tank, these carts are capable of over 250 miles per tank of fuel!

In our opinion, you just can't go wrong with a Quietech!

How often do I have to service a gas powered cart?

We recommend servicing your gas cart at least once per year or every 50 to 100 hours of run time (whichever comes first). A normal service includes changing the engine oil and spark plug, cleaning the air filter, checking tire pressure, and greasing the clutches. We also recommend adding fuel stabilizer to your fuel every time that you add gas to the tank. This helps ensure that you will not have issues with fuel going bad during use.

Can you build me a street legal golf cart?

Yes! You do need to check with YOUR city to see if golf carts are street legal in your area, and what is required. Street legal golf carts typically include head/tail lights, turn signals, brake lights, hazard lights, a horn, windshield, and a rear view mirror. Some towns also require a slow moving vehicle sign, lighted tag mount, seat belts, or other items to conform to their rules.

Once you know what is required for your area, just give us a call and we can build a cart to fit your needs!

How fast are the Quietech models?

A standard "fleet" model cart is usually set around 13 mph and can be turned up to around 18 mph. A "PTV" model is set at 19 mph from the factory and can be turned up to around 24 mph. Installing larger diameter tires will also increase your speed by about 1 mph per 1" of additional tire height. On a non-lifted Yamaha, you can run a 20" tall tire without any rubbing issues. This is the size of tire that we install on most of our custom built carts to get you a top speed of around 20 mph.

It is possible to install high speed gears in a fleet cart and get 26 to 29 mph.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We will deliver carts that are purchased from us for $2.00 per loaded mile, up to 50 miles from Cheney, KS. If you need a cart delivered farther than that, just contact us and we will do our best to help you out. You can also get shipping quotes from companies such as UShip.
